There are no franchises. All our locations are family owned. Since the first Russ' opened in Holland, MI, in 1934, we've expanded to 12 locations and a 28,000-square-foot commissary. But our goal remains the same: to be a great place to dine and a great place to work. Pink Dust

As a gluten-free and diabetic eater, I was impressed and grateful for the cloud-bread burger.

Best burger and bun I've had in years. Service was also excellent.
